I had this problem with my saved data on online storage and guys, there is something that the PS4 is waiting for you to install… that’s what I found on my notifications and after I deleted it, the online data storage downloaded no problem!

I just switched over to pan and my download finishes in about 5 minutes
It is not working when it says then press ps button it is not taking me to the options
