Not excited for anything
They may make new events but it doesn’t change the real issue
So still not doing any raids
It’s hard to get excited like before, when every time i invite friends to help me raid and they can’t help me because of the doubled charge. And I can’t help friends either. So angry with Pokémon go.
They will not say anything because we always complain, and soon after, we keep playing and forget about it. So…… they will not say anything.

Thanks for last night. The Tapu Bula raids were fun. I even caught my first shiny Legendary (outside the main series of Nintendo Pokemon games). 🙂
I had an idea for the Daily Incense feature, which would be super useful, you know when you use the Dally Incense, and it has that timer… but then you're trying to catch that one or two annoying and stubborn Pokemon that just won't stay in the Pokeball and often flees anyway, wasting precious time off the timer? Why not have the timer pauses when trying to catch a Pokemon without wasting the Daily Incense because of a stubborn Pokemon, especially if it's a relatively weak Pokemon..?
Yea egg hatching requirement really dampens the excitement for Larvesta's release. -_-
To put all these comments and recent videos in context, it seems that Pokemon Go has lost about 0,5% (less than 1%) of its player base in the last month (about 400K less players, on about 80 million), so when someone says players are quitting, are fed up, etc., we can safely assume that it's a loud minority.
Didnt someone start sending in death threats to the community manager? I heard about that on another page and I don't think Jinsula has weighed in on it.
Tapu Fini and Mega Pinsir are the only things of interest for me. Who knows how I'm going to get them though since my local raid scene has dried up, making a 40 minute round trip to go to the "hot" park for Raid Hour after work is unappealing these days (especially since so many locals have stopped playing), and it takes forever to host a PokeGenie raid these days since the remote raid pass nerf.
The egg event is the perfect summation of Niantic these days: and f'ing mess. Since only the 7k eggs are featured, the wording makes it sound like only Larvesta is in 2k, 5k, and 10k eggs, which have a shiny boost, but Larvesta isn't shiny… The "desirable" hatches in the 7k eggs apparently aren't eligible for the boost. Comes across as players aren't buying the jacked up remote raid passes so we're back to incubator events to fund this game. Oh, and Adventure Sync is still broken for many of us Android players, so adds frustration to this. And no unique spawns because that's apparently how they roll now.
Also, Niantic has addressed the community with this lack of silence on this issue.
Imagine using your Master Ball for a Galarian bird and then they release an event where you can raid for the Galarian birds and their shiny forms.

Niantic needs to be a little more charitable if they want community. I walk almist every day and even at the parks only one person max participates in a raid
I just deleted the app until they figure it out.

Still not getting any cooperation from PoGo or Niantic about the absence of all spawns where I live. Still not caring since the fiascos of Hoenn Tour. Just kind of waiting for someone to care in the system, and each day seems like they don't at all.
Now Larvesta and Volcarona are coming, soon Skiddo and Gogoat will make Pokemon Go debuts. I hope more new Pokemons, like Hisuian variants, are coming to PoGo sooner or later. It is worth it to continue to play.
I think it’s about time that everybody deletes the game. Obviously they don’t want us to play it. It doesn’t work right and they don’t even give us the things that we want.
I don’t care about any event all l care about is Niantic reverting the changes that they have done to remote raid passes.
I will never spend on egg incubators, what a waste of money
I 100% recommend that if you are taking a break from POkemon Go to make certain that your adventure synch is turned off. Otherwise Niantic is still collecting money from you, hit them where it hurts and turn it off, since they wont listen to our voices they will be forced to listen to their lack of income.

Eh I'm not really excited about any of this. It just sounds like it's all more money grabs. I thought about getting the new Pokemon game but honestly I think I just need a break from everything Pokemon.

Prediction: to battle shadow raids, they will probably force us to use purified mons or something absolutely stupid
I just can’t get excited for this game at the moment. I feel so sad that I’m part of the trainers that has been hit even worse than others. I’m disabled and live rurally.
Even events at the moment can’t give me excitement to hunt and deal with the pain and other after effects I know will hit me after. They’ve destroyed that feeling of wanting to suffer for a fun event.
I’ve had a lot of fun at the Chicago events and would love to go again. Heck I’ve had a lot of fun with my local community with global events. But I work rotating weekends at night in healthcare. If I don’t put in requests at least 2 months out, I can’t go. :(. I don’t understand why they can’t just give dates and locations nice and early. Give us other info later.
I feel like I've saved a grand so far by not buying coins since the announcement.
Hardly anyone is playing in my town anymore, it's impossible to do remote raids which really improved PoGo for me. GoFest2020 was a really great event, but it's going to be dull unless you can afford to go to in person or live in the city for it. The game is going backwards for me and I'm spending all my dust and ETMs and considering even selling my account now.
Also this whole thing with shadow raids and shadow Pokemon, Professor Willow and the team leaders keep telling us that shadow Pokemon are tortured and in pain, yet Niantic force us to use them because they're better! It's purified that should be boosted and we should be rewarded for purifying. Niantic is actually Team Rocket! Hanke is Giovanni!
Niantic dont care about people, so why care about the game…
I truly think a master ball a year or 6 months could spark quite a bit of life into the game. Maybe one every GO Fest or anniversary?
If you manage to stop feeling FOMO Niantic its powerless. I enjoy the game but i'm not willing to give it more of my time outside a few minutes a day anymore.
There was a leak that go fest may be in Vancouver, Wa on June 3-4.
Sooooo much bitching. Dude, you are becoming a toxic voice in the community from all the whining as well as passive aggressive comments. It is just a game. At one point you were creating fun content that was entertaining to listen to. Now you tend to turn cool stuff like new PoGo content announcements and speculation into a bitching about a past time. It is not like it is the price of health care or civil rights. Chill.
Tier 5 selection is still trash in May so I’m not raiding. I’ll dex volcarona and mega pinsir but that’s pretty much it. Oh and com day.
If and when they bring the master ball, i hope it functions like it does in the game with not missing and always catching. I’d be hurt if i had a master ball, thrown it at a Galarian bird, and failed to catch it because i missed the throw and couldn’t use the same master ball.
Ooohhhh I get it now! Niantic can’t admit they were wrong and reverse the remote raid nerf which is causing them to lose tons of cash, so they’re dangling shiny mon in eggs so we will buy tons of incubators! Makes perfect sense.

Hello from the forgotten Southern Hemisphere where we have NEVER hosted a GoFest event. Everything is Northern Hemisphere and USA biased. It would be great if Niantic could acknowledge that.
I think they’re not stupid and expected the raid backlash. Hence how the next event is egg based.
I think FOMO will get some people with the shiny rates increased in eggs.
They’re definitely trying to ride the tide until we forget or are less upset.
The cost for everything has shot up and judging by the glitchy spring takeover boxes they released it ain’t getting any cheaper. Over £35 is shocking and they should be ashamed.
You and the other top players/youtubers should pool together and buy them out… maybe even start a go fund me for "buying out Niantic". Just an idea… I feel like this game should be ran and owned by people who actually play and enjoy it.. instead of just collecting data to sell….
