1: Verify Youtube Account (Phone Number)
2: Use Streaming Software
3: At least 50 subscribers.
4: No live streaming restrictions within the last 90 days on your channel.
5: To verify your channel.
6: To enable live streaming. You may need to wait 24 hours before you can start your first live stream.
