In this video I’m looking at a specific application that allows you to download free ringtones for any Android device.
All you have to do is download the free app from the Google Play Store, type in Zedge and you will see the app that you need to download.
When you first open the app, you will notice that you can download wallpapers live wallpapers ringtones and notifications.
For this video purpose only I am just going to go through the ringtones options.
When you click on ringtones you will see the featured ringtones if I swipe across you can select a category for example rock or pop ringtones.
There is a huge amount of ringtones to choose between so there will be a ringtone out there for anyone.
If you already know the name of the song that you want to download for ringtone all you have to do is hit the magnifying glass in the top right-hand corner I’m typing the name of the artist of your ringtone.
When you have typed in the name of the song you, are given different options. It may bring up wallpapers live wallpapers ringtones notifications and games but just select the category that you want.
Under each ringtone, you will see a number that number indicates how many people have downloaded that ringtone.
You can listen to your ringtone before you download it to your phone just by hitting the big Play button in the middle of the screen.
When you’re satisfied with the ringtone that you want then all you have to do is press the circle on the bottom right-hand corner of your screen which will give you a few different options.
The options that you’re giving or save set alarm sound set contact ringtone set notification or set a ringtone.
So you can set these ringtones for individual contacts or you can set a ringtone for any incoming call.
Select the option that you want and then you have now set a free ringtone on your phone using Zedge.
To download a ringtone has never been easier.

Thks for ur vid. I loved it bc it was straight to the point. No fuss, no muss. Very clear and concise. That being said, I did this myself a few years ago and it worked quite well. Unfortunately today in 2020 Zedge has changed. They now have all these policies and partners now. It seems you have to log in and it's a real pain in the bum! Any advice? I subbed & will be looking forward to see if you have any work-arounds?
