It seems to us, however, that there are already too many things placed on top of each other. Lots of animations, lots of artificial intelligence behaviors, lots of feints, and lots of actions, and that’s creating problems.

FIFA 22 is better than FIFA 21, but it’s not much better, and several of the usual problems persist. You will be able to have fun with the game, and it is possible to play great football with FIFA 22, but we remain disillusioned with what FIFA has presented in recent years. Last year we finished the fifa 21 review as follows: “maybe it would be better for EA to take advantage of the generation change to also start over and review the fundamentals of its football game.” We keep exactly the same idea for FIFA 22, despite some improvements.
