Given that in warm up Drills 1 and 2, the ball settings are identical for speed, spin and trajectory, I would like to understand the thinking for doing both Shuttle and Random, so that I can improve the drills that I create myself. I do understand that with Shuffle it is the same sequence in different locations, and with Random it is purely irregular (not in the same sequence). With these two drills wouldn't either Shuffle or Random achieve the same outcome. I have tested them and could not really tell the difference. Would appreciate your explanation please, thank you.

Another awesome and helpful vid. I also learn the footwork from watching the demonstration. One stone two birds.😮👍👍👍👍
